This hands-on experience is perfect for food enthusiasts and anyone interested in the amazing benefits of herbs. During the workshop, you will: Herb Garden Tour: Enjoy an immersive tour of our beautiful herb garden. Learn to identify various herbs, understand their unique flavours and health benefits, and discover their culinary uses. I will demonstrate how to harvest and prepare these herbs, showing you practical ways to introduce them into your cooking. Expert Guidance: Benefit from my expertise as a Cordon Bleu chef. I will guide you through each recipe step-by-step, sharing professional tips and techniques to enhance your culinary skills. Herbal Cooking Techniques: Discover new and exciting ways to use herbs in your dishes. From making herbal-infused oils and vinegars to creating delicious sauces and marinades, you’ll gain valuable skills to elevate your home cooking. Make and Take Home: Create three different delicious and healthy herbal foods to take home. Each recipe will be crafted using fresh and dried herbs and spices, ensuring you learn how to incorporate them into your everyday meals. Please note depending on the time of year can vary but usually includes some herbal oil, vinegars, butters, pesto, salts, and syrups, etc. Booklet: You will receive two booklets, one with information about herbs and the other recipes, for you and to take home.
